We found this cool DIY Cape tutorial and wanted to share it with you. Why?
Well because we are geeks and capes remind us of old heroical times with castles, knights and elegant ladies. Poetical as a cape may seem, it keeps you warm in the cold seasons.
Just get your materials and follow the steps below.
What you need:
– 1.2 meters of warm fabric – cape shell (I recommend wool)
– 1.2 meters of lining (I used satin, but you may like to make your cape reversible. In this case I would recommend another wool)
– Sharpie
– Pins
– Fabric scissors
– Cotton thread
– Hand sewing needle
– Hook and eye fastener
